Donation boosts appeal
Members and staff and Old Silk Works club thanked Warminster Lions for donating £1,000 towards their ramp appeal.
Lions members Ros, Nick, Jenny and Jean dropped in to the club to hand over the gift and meet members who will benefit.
The club is fundraising to build a ramp to replace its external lift which failed earlier in the year.
Fundraiser Julian Roberts said: "It is essential that we replace the lift so the club can be truly accessible to all its members and potential new members. We value our relationship with Warminster Lions who have supported our charity and the club over many years, and we are very grateful for this latest kind donation."
