More than 50 people living with dementia and their carers enjoyed a three course meal with friends at a special gala dinner at Chippenham Golf Club.
The event was hosted by Beyond Dementia to give the people they support the chance to 'pull on the glad rags' and enjoy a smart lunch out.
The charity's staff volunteered their time to wait on tables, the golf club donated the venue and all the food was supplied and cooked by a team from Beyond Dementia's corporate partner apetito.
Fundraising manager Rachel Fear said: "So many people came together to make this a success. People living with dementia can often lose confidence in social situations and we wanted people to enjoy a smart afternoon out in a supportive, understanding setting.
"We had so many compliments and we will definitely being hosting more of these in other parts of Wiltshire next year."
Flowers for the tables were supplied free of charge by Diane Barkham, occasional music by Susan Braunton, and a after-dinner singsong was led by the charity's Music for the Mind leaders Caroline Radcliffe and Nick Waterhouse. Also adding to the gaiety of the afternoon was young magician Oli, a long-time supporter of Beyond Dementia, who impressed guests with his table magic.
The event and raffle raised more than £1,000 for Beyond Dementia.
