What to expect
Brace yourself for a fast-paced and physically demanding journey as you tackle the three highest peaks in England, Scotland and Wales. The National Three Peaks Challenge is one of Britain’s toughest outdoor adventures, taking in the dizzy heights of Ben Nevis (1,344m), Scafell Pike (978m) and Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa) (1,085m).
Across two days, you’ll trek around 26 miles and climb almost 3,000m – a test of stamina, grit and determination. While the challenge is tough, the reward is spectacular views, a huge sense of achievement, and the knowledge that every step you take is helping to support people living with dementia and their families here in Wiltshire.
Costs
Charity challenge offer a few different options when it comes to funding
Self funder
- Pay a non-refundable registration fee of £95.00 when you book.
- Then a balance of £475.00 (9 weeks before your challenge).
- Raise as much as you can for your nominated charity.
Minimum sponsorship
- Pay a non-refundable registration fee of £95.00 when you book.
- Raise a minimum of £975.00 for your nominated charity.
Why fundraise for us
Only 30% of our income comes from the local council and health services. We charge heavily subsidised fees for our one-to-one home support and day care, and rely on the generosity of our supporters for the rest. We need to raise £960 every day of the year.
