A fantastic run in the beautiful and scenic Avon Valley countryside.
The run is predominantly off-road, combining canal towpaths and river meadows with hilly woodland and a fording of the River Frome. With proceeds split between Beyond Dementia and Trowbridge Lions.

Key information
The course is mostly off-road and because of the November weather it could be very cold, wet and slippery underfoot, spikes are not recommended.
The race includes a river crossing but in the event of high water levels, in the interest of safety, runners may be directed around it.
Refreshments are available to purchase on the morning including homemade cakes and hot drinks. All proceeds from refreshments go to Beyond Dementia.

Why fundraise for us
Only 30% of our income comes from the local council and health services. We charge heavily subsidised fees for our one-to-one home support and day care, and rely on the generosity of our supporters for the rest. We need to raise £960 every day of the year.
