From singing groups, exercise and art groups to memory cafés, outdoor Muddy Boots groups and practical Memory Sheds, our Creating Connections programme provides something for everyone. Some activities are weekly, some fortnightly and some run monthly.

Please note, we request a £5 per head contribution 'on the door' at most groups and £6 for art groups, and we also have a 'pay what you can' scheme.
